1. Overview

At Dranit, customer satisfaction and hygiene safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict 7-Day Return & Refund Policy with specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened packaging

  • Personal items like lubricants, lingerie, or any product that comes in direct contact with the body

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will verify the claim and provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to courier the product back.

  • In approved cases, we may reimburse or waive return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)

  • For COD orders, we will request bank details to issue the refund

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacements

In case of wrong or damaged items, you can opt for:

  • Free replacement (subject to stock availability)

  • Or full refund, if the item is out of stock

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (usually within a few hours of placing the order).

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Exceptions

Dranit reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that:

  • Are made after 7 days

  • Involve used, damaged, or altered products

  • Appear fraudulent or abusive in nature
